Papergirl No. 4 Soon On The Road

Americans from the suburbs know them from experience and the rest of the world knows them from a countless number of American movies: Paperboys. But these days in Berlin there are actually Papergirls preparing for a very special ride. Papergirl is a local art project that doesn't deliver any newspapers by bike but rolls of up to 15 uniquely composed pieces of art to randomly chosen recipients on the streets of the German capital.

Before this unusual kind of art distribution will happen – this summer for the fourth time – all submitted pieces of art are exhibited for two weeks. And everyone is free to submit works (originals, prints, photographies, texts etc. of any format) to support this great project. The only requirements are: the works have to be rollable and provided in at least an edition of two (one for distribution and one for the exhibition). Submission deadline is June 17th.
