When It's Done.

Why is it so damn hard to judge the own work? For months now I've been working on my own portfolio site at oliverwehn.com. Finally I gave up the idea of creating one that I'm absolutely happy with – especially in the matter of design. After I had tried to bypass this well-known source of trouble and doubt by using indexhibit – have a guess! It didn't make me happy either – I decided to code the site entirely myself and to set up a modular system for the project presentations that is easy to extend. Today I published the first few projects which up to now were in a somewhat presentable state.

As it all works out so far I'll add more projects in the course of the next days and weeks. Till then I would be happy to get some feedback on the site. So feel free to leave comment here or at Twitter.

I like your clean typography style. Maybe your font-size ist could be a larger. But repect for this good job and your nice Portfolio. Rock on!

Depends on how much you'll help me to develop my own thesis project towards its hopefully successful completion. ;)

I like your "style" very much, less is more. The clean typography, black/white/grey, and perfect overview. Many portfolios are too overloaded with design, illustrations or fancy functions. I prefer letting the works speak for themselves and that's what you did! Don't regret the work, it's good like it is.
I would like to re-"design" my blog as well but I am kind of stucked in my damn wordpress-theme and I am not that sovereign in css and html programing.
