Serve The People Poster Project

The Design Action Collective provides professional services in graphic design and visual communications for progressive, non-profit and social organizations. In line with their activities they established the «Serve The People Poster Project» that supports actions for peace or social justice through

… a donation offered by Design Action Collective and Inkworks Press to your organization. All you have to do is present an idea, and if selected, Design Action will donate $1000 of design, and Inkworks will print 1000 full color, tabloid sized posters for you use as you wish. For free. Simple as that.

Besides organizations as mentioned above individuals can also submit ideas for a 11" x 17" poster. The donation is offered twice a year. Applications for the Spring 2009 Poster donation are due May 1, 2009. For more information and the application form visit the website. (via Osocio)
