Origami Orgasm

I immediately had to think of my fellow student Julia who did a visualization of the process of folding a wind wheel from a sheet of paper. This project - influenced by several books about Origami – resulted in an army of cranes and other animals she folded in the rage of flaming enthusiasm. Therefore I'm sure she will be as impressed by the following video as I was.

This spot was done by the advertising company Nordpol+ Hamburg for Onitsuka Tiger / Asics in 2007. They hired Sipho Mabona, an Origami artist, to design and fold numerous Origami figures. He spent four weeks on the development of the modells and supported the animation artists afterwards in breathing life into his creation. The result speaks for itself. (via Design You Trust)
